Tour Guide much better than we expected.

This was a great tour and included the highlights of the city. Phillip was a great tour guide/driver and gave added details about the history of the city and places we visited. It was a wonderful experience.

MY GUIDE, PHILIP WAS GREAT AND INFORMATIVE. IT IS A SELF TOUR WHICH WAS OK BY ME. THE FULL DAY TOUR IS THE BEST,PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND THE OTHER 2 MISSIONS ON MY OWN.THE ALAMO IS EASY TO FIND SINCE IT IS DOWNTOWN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TOUR.

There was a scheduling mixup on one of the activities and we were redirected to do them out of the original order. We got to see everything as stated but was rushed to see some due to the changes. Apparently the tour company did not know about another activity that was going on at one of our destinations on the tour until the last minute causing a reshuffle of our day.

I was very happy that I decided to go on The Grand Tour. Since I was staying at a hotel approximately 13 miles from downtown San Antonio, I was nervous about the bus picking me up at the promised time 7:55a.m. To my delight and amazement, the bus arrived exactly at 7:55a.m. and then as promised the driver drove me back to my inn after the tour was over. It was a very enjoyable day and I saw all that the brochure had stated we would see. I highly recommended your tour to the employees of the Inn so that they could tell others who are interested in touring the downtown area.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in San Antonio: Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are NOT included.
